    Lead with GRIT.
    RESILIENCE. COMPASSION.
    and PREPAREDNESS.

There are four pillars that set a foundation for success in everything you do, as an individual or as a team. Grit, Resilience, Compassion and Preparedness. Develop yourself and your teams by building a solid foundation first!

    LOVED LEADERS
    Lead Best!

Being a loved leader is not a sign of weakness, it projects authenticity, trustworthiness, and sometimes vulnerability. Becoming a loved leader who knows their people’s needs, shows honesty and integrity, and keeps the team moving onward and upward!

    KNOCK DOWN
    The First
    Domino!

To be an effective leader in the long term, you HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF FIRST! If you’re not taking care of yourself, you won’t be ABLE to take care of the team. And this all starts with one “domino.” Decide what that domino is.

Jon is a master of connecting and mobilizing a group. He initiated group connections and discussions for our cohort, which resulted in us immediately and meaningfully gelling. Jon brought us together and never missed a beat on making sure we took advantage of every opportunity. He is unselfish and thoughtful; always there to lend a hand, and made a point to show his appreciation for those who helped him.

Jon is one of the most driven people I have ever met. As a SEAL/Naval Officer, he is detail-oriented, hard-working, and deeply committed. He is incredibly selfless. His care and passion for helping others succeed are amazing. When you meet Jon for the first time, he makes you feel like you’ve known each other for ages.
